5k

Max and I participated in our first 5k yesterday.

He prepared by taking a 4 hour nap at Neanie's and a catnap on the way to the "race".

Here we are with our teammates.

I met Jenn and Carly through work four years ago and we quickly became good friends. I know Max will have lots of adventures with their daughters, Bella and Leah.

In case you are wondering how we did, it wasn't good.

We weren't last but we were pretty darn close.

The bright side is we broke a sweat, raised some money for a good cause, and laughed a lot.
