Updated: Come Along for the Ride

Max got a small fleet of toys that involve riding for Christmas.

Unfortunately, he will not ride any of them. 

Here he is watching uncle Chris on Rody (now affectionately renamed "Churro the Burro") and Dad on his Hot Walk.  

Both awesome toys.

Both remain ride-less.

And here he is watching Uncle Chris test out "Lucky" the horse.

Two things are obvious here.

1. Uncle Chris is a great sport.

2. Max clearly gets that Lucky is all about bouncing.

We are pretty sure it will take at least a year for Max to learn to enjoy all of these things. My mom jokes that Max will be getting Lucky for Christmas next year, too. 

I think it might take more than a year for him to get used to this next item. 

It will be worth the wait.
